An independent art foundation dedicated to the preservation, research, and exhibition of significant works across diverse artistic traditions.

Our Mission

VLAF supports the preservation, study, and exhibition of artworks and archival materials spanning a wide range of artistic periods and disciplines. The Foundation manages and stewards multiple private collections, each selected for its cultural, historical, and artistic significance. Current featured collections include works by Chaim Gross and Alice Rieder Wilkerson, with additional collections and future acquisitions to be presented as the Foundation continues to expand its scope.

Loans & Exhibitions

VLAF collaborates with museums, universities, and cultural institutions to make selected works available for curated exhibitions, educational programs, and long-term study loans.

Research Access

VLAF supports scholarly access by providing documentation, reference images, and research materials related to the collections. Research appointments may be requested on a limited basis.
